2. Course Change / Replacement
If you have purchased a batch by mistake, you may request to switch it to another batch of equal value within 10 days of purchase.
To initiate a change request:

- Mention your Registered Email ID, Order ID, and Batch Name
3. Duplicate / Double Payments
If any duplicate payment has been made accidentally for the same batch or service, we will process a refund within 14 working days from the date of verification.
Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, card, or net banking).
Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Special Notes
- Refunds are not applicable for partial usage, course dissatisfaction, or lack of participation.
- Any promotional offers or discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Technical issues (e.g., app crashes, login errors) will be resolved by our support team but do not qualify for refunds.
